Method
- 1 Mix lemon juice, garlic, oregano, pepper and salt
- 2 Coat chicken and marinate 10 min minimum
- 3 Grill or pan cook on medium-high 12 min each side
- 4 Let rest 2 min before cutting
- 5 Serve with steamed vegetables
♨️ Reheating: Microwave 90 sec covered. Squeeze fresh lemon before eating.
Note: Tastes best the next day. The lemon deepens overnight.
