Method
  1. 1 Soak green moong 6 hrs. Drain. Wrap in damp cloth 10–12 hrs until tails appear
  2. 2 Rinse well under cold water
  3. 3 Mix with lemon, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt
  4. 4 Add onion, tomato and chilli
  5. 5 Top with coriander. Eat fresh

🌱 How to sprout: Soak 80g dry moong 6 hrs. Drain. Wrap in damp cloth in warm place. 10–12 hrs gives short tails — ideal texture.

♨️ Reheating: No cooking. Can be lightly steamed 2 min if you prefer them warmer.

Note: Moong sprouts faster than chana — 10 hrs is usually enough. Shorter sprout tail = better texture, longer = softer.
