Method
- 1 Soak green moong 6 hrs. Drain. Wrap in damp cloth 10–12 hrs until tails appear
- 2 Rinse well under cold water
- 3 Mix with lemon, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt
- 4 Add onion, tomato and chilli

🌱 How to sprout: Soak 80g dry moong 6 hrs. Drain. Wrap in damp cloth in warm place. 10–12 hrs gives short tails — ideal texture.
♨️ Reheating: No cooking. Can be lightly steamed 2 min if you prefer them warmer.
Note: Moong sprouts faster than chana — 10 hrs is usually enough. Shorter sprout tail = better texture, longer = softer.
