Method
- 1 Mix curd with all spices and ginger garlic paste into a marinade
- 2 Coat chicken thoroughly and rest 10 min (or overnight in fridge)
- 3 Heat oil in pan on medium-high
- 4 Cook chicken 12 min per side until cooked through with charred edges
- 5 Serve with blanched vegetables
♨️ Reheating: Microwave 90 sec covered or pan on low heat 3 min with a splash of water
Note: For meal prep: cook 450g chicken breast, divide into 3 portions. Stores 3 days refrigerated.
