Yesterday morning, I did strength traning focussing on Legs. I skipped walking yesterday as we were not around + I did a light dinner to compensate the heavy lunch.

btw, Woodchops is all clear now - I need to stand 90-degrees with legs and body absolutely at 90 and the cable should be adjusted at eye-level. The Face pull as well was wrong because the cable needs to be on top and then you do the face pull.

From yesterday sessions:

  • During Sumo Squats, the knees are fine but the feets needs to be stable as currently it rises.
  • Need to find a better way for calf-raises.
  • I need to understand the form for Sumo Deadlift. Read more around Deadlift.

I did not do the strength training as planned - but I went out for a walk. These days I record the walk both on the Garmin watch & the Strava app.

Strava recorded me walking 6.25km with 9:22/km pace Garmin recorded me walking 5.36km with 11:03/km pace.

And surely the Garmin the incorrect one because the GPS data has been so here and there.

Last evening, I had a strength training with the focus being on pull workout. The focus area was Lats, Arms and Back. The areas that need fixing are:

  • Woodchops form is still something I don’t know
  • I would need to look on what’s the good form for face pull. I seem to be putting a lot of strength on the legs to stop myself from falling over.
  • I need to get better with bicep curls, I always fail on the second set of 7.5 kgs

I skipped walking because I was feeling a bit tired & heavy.
